Leviticus 3:11-13

¹¹ The priest shall burn it on the altar as a food offering made by fire for the Lord.

¹² If his offering is a goat, he shall offer it before the Lord. ¹³ He shall lay his hand on its head and slaughter it before the tent of meeting, and the sons of Aaron shall sprinkle its blood on the sides of the altar.
